Ellen joined the Pines team in 2015. Prior to that she spent 11 years working as a client services representative for Permalok. Her experience has given her a sharp eye for detail and an enviable skill set in finding creative resolutions for our client's service requests.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys traveling with her husband, Greg, hiking with her Golden Retriever, Douglas, the wineries, and volunteering at the Humane Society.
