Noel joined the Pines team in 2025 and has quickly become a valuable addition thanks to her positive attitude, quick learning ability, and sense of humor. Originally from the greater St. Louis area, Noel spent five years on the West Coast before returning to her roots. With an undergraduate degree in Speech Therapy as well as an MBA, she brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for continued learning to her role.
In addition to her administrative expertise, Noel is a small business owner, where she’s developed exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. She tackles each new challenge with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while consistently delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Outside of work, Noel is a proud "plant mom", nurturing her growing collection of plants. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and embracing new adventures in nature.
